Food and Lifestyle
The O'Week of 2nd semester, Food & Lifestyle month offers UWS staff and students the opportunity to look at their current lifestyle and possible ways of improving existing habits. Not all fitness and exercise, Food & Lifestyle month is full of challenges, activities, competitions, great meal deal options and free health assessments and information is available.

As part of the program, uwsconnect has set up Healthy Walking Tracks on all UWS campuses, including Werrington North and South. Maps can be collected from the following outlets or downloaded.
The collection point for the maps is also the starting point for the walks. Track lengths vary from campus to campus - walk half the track or walk it twice - all exercise is good exercise! There is also a personal training diary on the reverse side of the map to help you keep track of your exercise and eating habits - Move It!
